Elder Barbara was called into ministry over twenty-five years ago. It was during this season that the Holy Spirit began to reveal to her the purpose for her life. God anointed her with a unique ministry to reveal His word and to preach His truth to His people.
She is a teacher, preacher, prophetic worshipper, psalmist, and mentor. Currently, Elder Barbara is part of the ministerial staff at Antioch Assembly under the leadership of Pastor Joseph L. Green in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.
Elder Barbara is the founder of “His Perfect Love Ministries”. She has a passion to share with women and girls internationally, that just like the Samaritan woman, Jesus wants us to know that our inner thirsts and hungers will only be quenched when we allow Christ to fill us with His living water. He is the one who gives us unconditional acceptance and love.
She seeks to minister to the whole person through retreats, seminars, writings, and conferences, to change the lives of people throughout the world by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Elder Barbara has the heart of worship. She believes that to worship God with your whole heart, you must know who God is to you and who you are to Him. This builds a relationship with Him who sits on the Throne, and results in revelation of His manifested presence in our lives.
She resides in Harrisburg, PA and is the proud mother of Prudence, son-in-law Darwin and two lovely granddaughters, Brianna and Kalynn.
